Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Personalized Items

Please note that Sagoo Craft products are custom-made. Unlike generic products, these cannot be restocked or resold once personalized. At Sagoo Craft, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our personalized products.

2. Cancellation Policy

Immediate Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 30 min of placement for a full refund.

Post-Production: Once the manufacturing or personalization process has begun (usually after 2 hours), we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds.

3. Returns & Replacements

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or customer spelling errors. We WILL provide a replacement if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged during transit.
  • There is a manufacturing error on our part.
  • The wrong item was shipped to you.

4. Damaged Items (Unboxing Rule)

To claim a refund for a damaged item, you must contact us at support@sagoocraft.com within 24 hours. You must provide a clear unboxing video. Without this video, we cannot verify transit damage.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
